I used chapstick brand for years, but I just can't take the constant drying and bad tastes anymore. I got this and it is AMAZING! It tastes herbal and yummy and pomegranate is really good for you. I do have a few problems with it though-- it's moisturizing but didn't really "heal" the chappedness I've had recently from not using chapstick as often. Also, it aggravated my throat, which was kind of disappointing. It's a little pricey by my standards, but I love that it's natural and cruelty free. I'll probably try something with less scent next time and see if that helps, but overall I really, really LOVE this stuff. Buy it! I have all the different kinds including honey, and sun balms, this one is my fave next to the honey one. My prob seems to relate to others in the fact that it does not last long at all. All organic/natural products do that. There is only the slightest tint if I apply 20 layers on, so I was a tad disappointed of that. I am a lip balm junkie and I keep all of my lip balms in a crystal candy dish by my bedside. The pomegranate lip balm is always outside of the candy dish, within arms reach. Pros

It tastes great, goes on super-smooth, has a tiny hint of color. Love, love, love it. I am a lip balm Addict, but this one is THE ONE. And I went and got the rest of all of my (very picky) friends & family members hooked as well. Does that make me a very good or very bad person? ;) Pros

However, I found that it was very drying with regular use. It tended to leave my lips feeling slightly sticky and only felt moisturizing immediately after application -- this quickly faded leaving lips that felt like something unpleasantly firm had dried on them. It is a lip balm that is very solid (as opposed to soft and/or oily like some are) and takes some force to spread it. I won't buy it again. Pros
