I use this cream on my eczema. It appears every changing season on my hands. I use this instead of a prescription cream that costs 5 times as much for half the size. After washing my face/showering where the skin is soaked, I apply a dab of this diaper ointment on my hands. I then use a calendula salve or lotion to lock in the moisture.

Zinc oxide ointment is the only non-prescription cream I can find to treat my eczema. Combine this with the moisture holding bees wax, and soothing calendula and chamomile, you've got yourself an all natural eczema FIX! It will heal my cracked, bloody hands within a night. If the outbreak is really bad where I can't move my fingers, I use this ointment covered by bandaids in the worst areas. I again leave it on overnight. The smell is very strong but I love it. A little goes a long way!

I like this, it clears up minor rashes before they get to be major. I like the smell, my husband doesnt. Tube is smaller than expected, but a little goes a long way

I can't say enough about this product. At one point we were only using Vaseline on my 4 month old, thinking we were doing well by him. When diaper rash began to develop we tried this product. After switching and using this for 3 diaper changes, it was gone. It smells great and is wonderful to know it's all natural. My only request would be that they make it in larger sizes for home use (this size is perfect for the diaper bag though)!

Works very well, and is my favorite after 3 in diapers. I also use it on bug bites as it is soothing. Like the scent, it is strong, but I'm assuming the smell is coming from the medicinal essential oils, no frangrance is added. I can understand others don't like the scent, but it wouldn't be the same product w/out those essential oils like lavender, rosemary, etc., they add quality to the ointment and aren't just fluff fragrance.
I wish the strength of zinc oxide was listed here on the ingredients, I have contacted the company... I would like to compare the strength to Desitin regular, which works well too and is 40% zinc oxide but I don't care for the talc in Desitin, the petroleum doesn't bother me as much, I'm just not crazy about Desitin using petroleum as a filler. Waiting to hear from Burt's Bees on the strength of zinc oxide used.

So far this working really well on diaper rash. It's thick soothing and the baby seems to feel better after applying it. A little bit goes a long way and the price is right. It's also great that it doesn't have a bunch of bad ingredients. I like it more than the Burt's Dusting Powder too.

Love, Love, Love this product for baby bottoms!! I used this on both my babies, and never felt the need to try any other product. Great to buy a more natural baby product I could feel good about applying.

This cream came highly recommended to me and it really does work and it doesn't have that terrible smell so many other zinc creams have. The only problem is the packaging with this size. It is pretty inconvenient to screw off the top and keep track of the cap every time. So if you are going to buy this spend the extra dollar and go for the larger size with the flip-cap. It is way easier to use and you can actually get most of it out of the tube without a struggle too. The big size gets 5 stars, this size gets 4.

I am so impressed with this product!!! My sweet boy developed a little diaper rash, but it disappeared with one to two prompt applications of this cream! It smells absolutely wonderful, and I need only the teeniest amount to do the job, so I can see this lasting several months to a year easily. I feel great about using a natural product on his delicate skin, and all the Burt's Baby Bee products I've tried so far are excellent! I won't be using anything else!
