I've used this creme for years and couldn't do without it. One jar lasts a long time because you need just a little. The trick is to warm it a little in your hand before applying. Rub it in well and wait a few minutes before applying make-up. If you have combination or oily skin, this probably isn't for you. My skin is very dry and this is the only creme I've found that continues to moisturize for hours. I use just a little bit for day and about 1/2 teaspoon at night. I don't use the companion night creme because this works great day and night. I like the smell, it is fresh and natural.

I love many Burt's Bees products which is why I bought this creme; however, this one will go in the garbage after two uses (gave it a second chance). It is very stinky, and does not absorb into the skin well. I had a sticky film on my face all day. Still could smell the odor a little after the end of the day.

This cream does not absorb at all into my skin. After applying in the morning my skin looks and feels sticky and greasy. Even after a couple of hours, if I run a finger across my face, my finger comes away with a waxy orange film of greas. Maybe it would be okay as a night cream, but I can't use this at all under make up.

If the thought of rubbing frosting into your skin doesn't sound appealing then skip this product. Looks and smells like icing – the vanilla scent is a little much. Be warned that the pigment in this yellow cream rubs off onto white clothes and if you apply it thick and don't rub it in extra thoroughly it leaves a yellow film that is visible on pale complexions. As others noted, it's greasy and doesn't work under make-up. Additionally it doesn't have any soothing effects - I had windburn on my face and applied this cream thinking it would help but it actually made the burning worse. I like most of Burt's other products but I won't be buying this one again.

It is a rich and thick cream, although it says for daytime use. In fact, it is actually sticky even if applied thin, so I use it before going to bed. When I wake up, it is still sticky, but after washing my face I notice it feels smooth and the fine lines are gone. This product definitely works overnight and with all the natural ingredients, I feel safe leaving it on my face..

This daytime moisturizer is my new favorite thing. I have sensitive skin which gets very dry and flaky during winter. I have tried many lotions and creams and none work as well as this one. It doesn't clog my pores. It goes on ultra lite and leaves my skin silky smooth all day long without being greasy. Best of all it's reasonably priced.
