The fact that it has no alcohol in it is probably the reason it works so well. One bit of advice for those who find it too thick: wet your face and hands before you apply it. While I liked the fact that all natural ingredients were going on my face, it was kind of thick for my liking. It didn't feel like it was being absorbed into my skin, just coating the top layer of my skin. I will finish the product but, will try another of Bert's products for my face next time. Best Uses Comments about Burt's Bees Carrot Nutritive Night Creme, 1 oz: I'm not a huge fan of the smell, it smells a lot like carrot cake and I'm not a huge fan of sweet smells. It is solid so you need to rub it a bit to warm it up. I found it a little drying for me, but I have super dry skin. I'm thinking I might save this for after face masks or as an extra layer over my normal winter face cream when it gets super cold. I would definitely not recommend this as an every night product.
