I use my facial cleanser at night to cleanse my skin and remove eye makeup, and thought I'd switch from the store brand of Cetaphil to this since it is supposed to be all natural. Imagine my surprise when I used it the first time to remove my eye makeup and my eyes starting burning like crazy! The menthol in it is the culprit, the smell is not noticeable but it sure stings. I like using the cleanser on my face with my sonic skin care brush, it really feels great after that. But DO NOT get the cleanser near your eyes, you'll be sorry :( Not sure why they put in the menthol, it would be a terrific product without it.

It's really gentle so I use it with another product to balance it out. I like minty things so I was disappointed on the lack of minty feeling.

It smells really nice and is very luxurious to use. It's tingly and makes you feel fresh. However, I didn't quite notice that it improved my skin. If you don't have problem skin, I'd say use this just for the sheer loveliness of it. If you have problem skin, this won't really help if you're looking for an effective cleanser.

I have been using this cleanser since 2005 and each time I switched to something else my skin suffered. My face has never been clearer, never felt better than it does with this stuff. It smells minty, makes my face feel cool and refreshed and absolutely no tight feeling afterwards. It's non irritating so I can use it to rinse any amount of eye makeup without a burn. I use it everyday and will continue to as long as I can buy it!

I use this every time I shower. After using an exfoliating cleanser to scrub off all the dead layers I rinse and then spread this cleanser liberally onto my face like a mask and then leave it there until the end of my shower. My skin is always left perfectly clean, soft, smooth and comfortable. It has all the fresh tingly feeling of traditional cream cleansers with none of the oily waxy residue.

I've been using this facial cleanser for well over a year, and I've been hard pressed to find something that works better on my skin. I have combination normal/oily, with occasional breakouts in my t-zone, and this cleanser keeps my skin relatively blemish free, moisturized, and balanced. I've tried other cleansers (my son's acne wash, the apricot scrub my husband prefers), but always ended up going back to this cleanser because my son's acne wash dries out my skin (and subsequently makes me break out), and the apricot scrub irritates my chin and forehead. I love the menthol tingle , and after I rinse the cleanser away, my skin feels cool, refreshed, and clean. If you like exfoliation like I do, I recommend letting this cleanser sit on your face for a few minutes, then using a washcloth or facial exfoliating pad to gently remove it before rinsing.

This cleansing cream is a staple for me. I have rosacea and am always trying new products that may help my skin just a little bit more. Many of them that are gentle, I feel don't cleanse well enough, yet many others are too harsh for my skin. I have found others that I like, but are more expensive and don't seem to work any better than this does. This is the cleanser I ALWAYS keep on hand.

I love how my skin feels after I use this--tingly and very clean. True to its name. The ingredients are awesome--natural but proven effective. This is one of few products that I feel actually makes a difference and improves the look of my skin (fewer breakouts and blackheads, smaller pores, more radiant, smoother) over time. It may be a touch harsh for very sensitive skin. And I always apply a moisturizer right after using it so I'm not sure if it leaves skin feeling dry.

This really cleans my skin well and smells great! I use it everyday. It does not overdry my skin. It's a good deep cleaner, without drying your skin out.

This cleanser is my new go-to. I often try new cleansers on my quest to find the best ones out there and this is definitely one of them. The amazing thing about this one is the natural ingredients and the versatility on different skin types.
I have acne prone combination skin and the creaminess of the cleanser doesn't leave it feeling dry! Acne sufferers, don't be fooled by the lack of token "acne-fighting" ingredients- the natural ingredients balance out your skin (over-cleansing acne prone skin starts a vicious cycle!). Anyone else with dry or combination skin will love how balanced and refreshed this cleanser makes your skin feel. I will definitely be sticking with this one.
