Also, if you get nosebleeds this stuff is absolutely magical! I get them and they tend to last a while but if I can rub some of this inside my nostril it seems to get the bleeding stopped. I keep a container on me at all times for this reason. If you have a bruise this will help as well. I stumbled upon this stuff about 10 years ago when it was part of the Wise Woman line of Burt's Bees and have used it ever since. If I could buy it in a huge bucket I would! But I guess the smaller container is handy----and can be taken on the plane! VS Most Liked Negative Review Complete waste of money... The product is ineffective and did absolutely nothing for me. I tried it for all of the above. It has a hefty price tag for what it is and what it does, and the Burts Bee brand may be selling it but does not justify the price tag. The only thing it was helpful with is to moisturize the cuticles (temporarily, for a few hours) - but that could be done by any other cream and moisturizing hand product. Overall, disappointed. Skin feels better immediately. We apply a lot, and healing is accelerated. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Comments about Burt's Bees Doctor Burt's Res-Q Ointment, .6 oz: After having light skin cancer treatment on my nose, I used this every day and the remaining red spots (that my doctor said would never fade) disappeard. I'm fair skinned and this stuff (used daily for a month or 2)got rid of red scars, burn marks (from the oven...I'm not a great cook)and more. I use it now on every cut because it prevents scars from forming. Using it now on a place where I had minor surgery on my thumb and it's helping it heal perfectly.

Everything the body needs to heal already exist on Earth; there is no need for unnatural substances created in a lab. I developed eczema on my hands that comes in the fall and winter months. I am in my mid-20s but my hands looked 60 years old! I applied just a little bit and immediately my skin improved. The product absorbed fairly quickly. Two hours later and the skin looks even better. I'm sure with continued use my hands will continue to improve. The smell is very outdoorsy (so I'll only apply at night), but the results are worth it.
