You could probably use a bar of soap on your head. Anyway, owee, don't get peppermint oil in your eyes. Maby thats why it's a body wash. I use origins mint shampoo, and I wanted this to be a cheeper alternative. But it didn't work as well. I use this in combination with the rosemary mint soap and I have a very, nice tingly feeling after my bath or shower. I wish Burt's Bees made a peppermint & rosemary lotion. I never thought I would like the smell, but I love it. And it tingles a little when you use it. Really refreshing. Now it's the one I like best! I loved it and will keep buying more. The peppermint in this wash opens up my nasal passage and wakes up my senses. I instantly feel alert, awake and energized. I recommend this product to everyone.
