Using regular lotion once helped, but it has not been doing the trick at al this winter season. Recently, the skin on the sides of my index fingers started growing thick, dry and cracked and I became embarrassed to touch anyone or let them see my hands. Within two nights of using this treatment, my hands have been transformed. I had already been using Burt's Bees lemon butter cuticle treatment for some time so my nails are beautiful, strong and bright. But using the cuticle treatment, slathering on the banana creme lotion, and slipping on those cute cotton gloves at night has done wonders for the skin on my hands, and my cuticles are softer and more moisturized than ever. There's no dry or cracked skin anywhere; in fact, they're soft as ever. And using the banana creme lotion during the day keeps my hands protected and soft. I am no longer afraid to touch people. I use them periodically overnight when my hands are really dry, to the point of cracking. A couple nights with the gloves really helps. Service and delivery comments: i did not get a gift with purchase. called customer service and they said the free samples are my gift which is just a brush off i think. Pros

Althogh the picture shows the gloves with bees, and the package the gloves came in shows them with bees, the gloves in the package are just plain yellow gloves. This was going to be a gift but now I guess I will just keep it for myself. I won;t retrun the item but am very disappoitned it was not as represented. Pros
