I am constantly washing dishes or washing my hands a lot which result in dry hands and cuticles and makes my nails weaker (i need to buy a pair of rubber gloves). it is easy to apply and it doesn't take much effort out of my day to put it on. i could apply it during class, listening to music or even watching television. it says to apply it nightly, but i usually apply it three times a day (which can help make nails grow). I have the smaller tin, but there is soooo much product! a little goes a long way and i probably won't finish the container in another year lol. it is a good investement and worth the money! Also, it makes my manicures look fresh and decent, because we all know having dry cuticles makes lovely polished fingers look unslightly. Unfortunately, it was not. It smells like Lemon Pledge and it didn't moisturize my cuticles well. I used it for 1 week (I'd apply it right before I got into bed) and finally gave up. Between the smell and the fact that it wasn't doing anything great for my cuticles I didn't see the point. Cons Best Uses Comments about Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme, .6 oz: This worked great for my cuticles. I'm currently deployed and the hand sanitizier & constant hand washing has torn up my hands & nails. But this product works great all day and my cuticles have actually never felt better. I'll definitely keep using it after I get home. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? I was disappointed - doesn't seem to work for me at all. My cuticles are the same - very dry, this stuff is not helping. Comments about Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme, .6 oz: I love using this product, it really helps my nails grow and keeps my cuticles from cracking. I stopped using this product for awhile and didn't have as nice of nails, so I am convinced it works. I have very dry hands so I combine this product with the Almond Milk Hand Cream to keep my hand nice, especially in the winter. Comments about Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme, .6 oz: This cuticle cream helped me rebuild my split and soft nails. After reading that nail health begins with cuticles I began a routine of rubbing this cuticle cream into my finger and toenail cuticles every night before bed. You see results right away - softer more healthy cuticles, healthier nail growth. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Comments about Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme, .6 oz: This is a nice cuticle cream. It keeps the cuticles soft and together if used every day, maybe more than once a day. My cuticles are a little dry normally, so this really helps. I have only two problems with it. One, the container it comes in can be difficult to open if pushed too tightly together. And two, it doesn't really absorb well so I'm not comfortable touching some things for a few minutes after using it. The smell is so-so, but it's a very convenient product to carry around. Cons Best Uses Comments about Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme, .6 oz: This is the very best stuff for those ragged cuticles that get torn, pulled and turn sore and red. It really eases the skin and allows the fingers to heal. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Cons Best Uses
Comments about Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme, .6 oz: I've been using this creme for a few years now and wouldn't use any other. For one thing, it WORKS. When you follow the directions to massage it into the cuticle, not slop it on like bar-b-que sauce, it really works well. What I do is put it on clean, dry cuticles sans nail polish and massage it in, just like they tell you to. After awhile, the thick waxed-based creme has had a chance to sink into the cuticle and do its magic. If you want something fast, this creme is probably not appropriate. If you have time and want to do your own manicures - and save yourself a ton of money - this cuticle creme is a must-have that lasts a long time, not only in the tin but within the cuticle. It does contain bees wax and probably accounts for the texture. Personally I like bees wax. This creme is not going anywhere once it hits your skin. Who wants s product that just runs off?
