I just used this product for the first time, and boy did I get a surprise: my lips started stinging and burning. I had to get it off FAST. It's several hours later and my lips are still a little sensitive. It's a shame, too, because it went on nicely and looked good. The stinging brought on a headache and general malaise, and I had to lie down for an hour or so before it went away. One web review suggested it might be the peppermint oil that "tingles." I don't know. Also, the peppermint smell is too much. I just don't want that under my nose all the time. I'm obviously a minority opinion.

I use this product all the time. The color is great. I love the slim packaging. You can throw one of these in your pocket so you are always prepared.

It has a slight mint taste to it, so it is very refreshing.

One of the best things about this is also the fact that it is all natural. Most lipsticks contain lead which is very bad for us and is known to cause cancer. You will not be sorry for buying this product and I suspect you will love it.

Adds just the right amount of color so lips don't look their age or bare. Moisturizes without being sticky.
I had to play around and try a few colors before finding the right one for me, but that's true for most lip color.

I have been using Burt's Bee's lip shimmers for a while. I like the feel and application and they seem to have staying-power. The papaya color looks very natural with my coloring (fair skin, reddish hair) and I have repurchased it several times.

I wear a lot of fall colors and thought from the reviews that this would be a good color for me. It's not, though: it's far too bright. I'm too cheap to throw it out, but I layer a more neutral lipstick on top to damp down the color.

This color is not for everyone but I use it everyday. I gave up lipstick after finding it because I love it so much. Its not clumpy after repeated applications. I have red hair and brown eyes so its perfect for me and the shimmer last almost all day. Highly recommended for the right skin tones.
