I like this ointment, seems to work effectively to relieve muscle aches. This works better for me than "Arnicare". I just rub the ointment in a few times and feel the effect pretty soon.

i rub a little of this on before i go to bed and the stiffness in my neck relaxes away. love the scent, and the cooling mint is great on hot summer nights when you don't want a warming sensation you get from other creams.
