This is super gentle! It is a bit pricey, but a lot goes a long way. It lathers very nicely, and as long as your use a moisturizer it isn't too drying. I can NEVER use medicated facial washes because my skin is sensitive and I use other topical medications, but this one seems to be just fine! Highly recommended

I've heard about this product for long time. The key benefit is the BHA ingredient. After running out my last one, I start to try this one. It works well for me, clear my skin and reduce acnes/break outs.

I've seen some review saying this product causes breakout. I am thinking maybe the one's skin is problematic skin, they will break out sooner or later, this product just make it happen faster for its peeling effect from BHA. Allergy is a different story though.

This product didn't work at all for me. I have very oily combination skin. It's extremely oily but can easily develop dry patches when I use the wrong type of product. I'm also very acne prone. This cleanser made my acne worse. I wouldn't recommend it. I am going to try the Bare Escentuals purifying cleanser now to see if it works on my skin. I've heard good things about the product for all types of skin.

I HAVE ADULT ACNE, ESPECIALLY AROUND MY CHIN AND HAVE TRIED EVERY SINGLE THING PLUS FROM THE DOCTOR, THIS DOES WORK, AND I ALSO PURCHASED THE DAILY MOISTURIZING LOTION AND IT WORKS TOGETHER. SO VERY HAPPY TO FIND A WORKING PRODUCT.

I have extremely sensitive Rosacea prone skin that is also very oily. It has been virtually impossible to find a product that does improves redness / does not irritate redness, but still reduces oil - or at least does not increase oil. This facewash is the ONLY wash that I have found in 9 years (and tens of thousands of dollars) that does not increase redness / irritation. I am even able to use it twice daily. It also decreases oil production signifigantly, which is an added bonus since all of the prescription products that I have tried only irritate my rosacea and make the redness worse. I have had no redness and no oil since I began using Burt's. Cannot recommend enough.

I feel like I've tried just about every anti-acne system out there. I have subscribed to the major systems, which left my skin in worse shape than it was in when I started. I've tried the grocery-store picks. I've tried the prescription treatments. Just about everything was either so harsh that my skin flaked and peeled off or was completely ineffective- sometimes both.

The Burt's Bees cleanser, on the other hand, cleared my skin up ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. Within 2 days there was a noticeable difference. It doesn't overdry or irritate my skin at all. I love that it is a natural product and cruelty free. I have tried other products that make this claim, having had some difficulty finding more of this product, and my breakouts immediately returned. I think that this Burt's Bees cleanser is actually magical, because nothing else has worked as well or as quickly for me. I recommend this to anyone with troubled skin, especially if it is sensitive or temperamental. You won't be disappointed.

i have acne and nothing ever works for me. OTC or prescription. so i read the reviews and tried it myself and WOW! it WORKS! ive been using it for 2 weeks now and have NOT broke out since! its amazing and it helps control my oily nose through out my day! it doesnt dry out my skin either! it is runny but i put my fingers together and pour a little on my middle finger and quickly rub it in on my face sections at a time...no biggie at all! i love it and im so happy i gave this a try! it gave me hope :)

I use this product twice a day. It is not over drying. It cleanses very well. You only have to use a little, and it lasts a long time. Love this product and have become a loyal buyer of it.
