I had been struggling with adult acne for a few years and have tried just about everything else. After less than two weeks of using this nightly, my face is finally free of blemishes. I have very sensitive skin, this product burns slightly for a couple of minutes after application and smells a bit strong, but leaves no irritation and does its job. I apply it before bed to problem areas after cleansing. The applicator is a bit difficult unless it is used with a q-tip or small cotton ball. I've been getting compliments on my skin and am very please with this product.

I get bad cystic acne on my jawline....this stuff clears it up so well. I put it on several times a day for a couple weeks, and I did get some zits BUT it's because the treatment allowed the cystic acne to grow out and then recover. No bumpy jawline anymore! It's almost all cleared up.

Like the Burt's Bees products and knowing that they are natural for my skin. It does have the smell of tea tree oil but not offensive. Easy to use and works well. I use this product morning and night and is gentle on my skin.

I like the smell & the fact that you can apply to the pimple/trouble area and it doesn't leave residue (also wear it under makeup) but it didn't really do anything for me. This one I believe is better for daytime use.
The Murad Spot Treatment works better but I wanted to try this one because it was organic + Murad leaves residue (for night time use).
It might be effective for somebody else but not for me.

I'm 45 and have battled with adult acne for over 20 years. This solution effectively and efficiently dries up my sore, red, inflamed, embarrassing acne (face, neck, chest, back, even upper arms!). I put the solution on a Q-tip and dab it where ever I have acne in the morning and at night. Bottom line -- it works!

I just apply the solution (which smells very "woodsy") to any pimples on my face each morning after I shower and then it does its thing. :) It does seem to dry the area a bit (but I think that's related to its mechanism of action), so I've been applying Cerave facial moisturizer to my entire face after the Burt's Bees solution dries. Within a day or two, the pimple is markedly flatter, with minimal redness.
