It's kind of thick and smells like peppermints. After a few minutes your feet tingle a little bit which I like. It moisturizes ok basically just like a regular lotion. I did find it bold but not too overbearing. I also rubbed it on my hands. When I woke and rubbed my feet together they felt softer the first morning. Also but some on my dry legs. I will use this every winter in the dry Midwest. Pros

The first time I did, my husband teased me that he was sure glad he liked candy canes, since our bedroom smelled like a candy cane factory! I thought it was great myself, and the mint smell did clear both of our noses quite well... he didn't snore as much that night, as I recall... should I list "how I use this product" as a decongestant as well?! I have diabetic neuropathy and my feet burn. I have tried the hot pepper creams, castor oil, all kinds of things to get some relief. Some worked ok, some didn't. Nothing helped me as much as this for my problems, the burning, the pain and swelling. Well let me tell you, this cream really makes my feet feel so good! And it cools them too. It helps with the pain and I can fall asleep! I love this cream and will be ordering more. I just wish I knew what the difference is between this and the Mama Bee Leg and Foot Cream. Anyway, thanks Burts Bees for making a product that helps my foot pain! This is a Godsend! Pros Cons
Best Uses Comments about Burt's Bees Peppermint Foot Lotion, 3.38 fl oz: I read the reviews that said the peppermint smell was very strong, but I thought it would be ok, however it is EXTREMELY strong and lingers for a long time. I used to use the rosemary & peppermint foot lotion from [@] before they discontented and I loved that one, but this one I really don't like. It is too strong and my feet burn for hours. You must wash your hands with soap and water after using, and even then everything you touch for the next hour will smell like peppermint. I'll use up what I have, but not repurchasing. Yuck. Pros
