I bought it thinking it might help improve my skin's tone just like their other wonderful radiance products, but nope. It leaves my hands feeling sticky and weird after I apply it and it's not moisturizing at all. Save your money, it's not good. I'd recommend Alba's lotions. It makes you all shimmery, so it's great for summer, or even if you feel down and dull in winter. Lovely smell. A little runny, but that just means you can't put a ton in your hand at once. Not greasy. Stays shimmery until next shower, through sweat even. I only wish it didn't contain soy. I still use it on occasion though. Can't find anything quite like it. Definitely worth it for all the glow it gives your body.  Pros

Everyone at the beach house told me I smelled great, too. BUT, I ruined a very prized blouse when I wore it one evening to dinner. The lotion apparently did not absorb totally into the skin (and I use a minimal amount) and it ruined my beautiful blouse. After reaching out to Burts Bees, I was really disappointed, because not only were they unempathetic, but they just brushed me off. And to think I used to be their Number One Fan. Don't ruin your clothes, ladies. Pros

Comments about Burt's Bees Radiance Body Lotion with Royal Jelly, 6 fl oz: I love the subtle shimmer effect in this lotion & have been using it for 5 yrs, BUT the scent changed a couple of yrs ago when I finally finished my 1st bottle & bought a new bottle, only to find it doesn't have the same fresh fragrance it originally had. It now smells more green, grassy, herbal, but in a bad way. It makes me think of compost or rotting grass. On the bright side, it's not overpowering & it does dissipate a little, but on the negative side it makes the lotion unpleasant to use & interferes with my perfume. Now when I wear this I feel like I look good but smell bad. I wonder what happened. Pros

I have dry skin and after using this product, I would mainly use it for the faint radiance. It does moisturize but for me, it is too light of a moisturizer. The smell is a bit strong and sweet when you first put it on even thought it's a pleasant smell, but it dissipates very quickly. The fragrance did not last but the light shimmery effect lasted all day. This is a lovely lotion if you are looking to add a little radiance to your skin. Pros

The glitter effect does not do anything for me, i suppose that is the "radiance" of the lotion. If it is winter, this would be the last resort of my lotions, it does not feel moisturizing and the consistency is very watery. Pros

I don't know how to describe it, I just know that I really don't like it. It's too sweet for me, or something. BUT, like I said, I love the way it makes my skin look shimmery. It lasts a long time too. Because I don't like the smell, I put it on before I go to bed, so that the smell has worn off when I wake up. The shimmer stays on all night and well into the next day, ensuring that I wake up with a nice glow. Pros

Great in the summer & marvelous year round. My teen girls and all their girlfriends love it, too, and we give the tubes away all the time. Nice little present.
