I typically love Burt's Bees products, but I was disappointed with this. This stuff smells horrid. Due to the fact that it's a "natural" product I was expecting a fresh, light smell - this stuff will knock your socks off. It's very perfume-y and not in a good way - it just reminds me of a perfume an old lady would be wearing. To top it off, the pump dispenser on my bottle was defective. Would never purchase this again.

I like this cleanser. You only need a very small amount and your face feels great afterwards.

Ive been using this product for two months and I really love it. I have really sensitive skin with a pink undertone. I find that not only does it remove any dirt or oil after a long day but also doesnt leave my skin feeling dry. It also helps calm some of my redness. I also like that I can use my other ance products which contain benzoyl peroxide and it wont dry my skin.

This smells great and is gentle to your skin. I can know that it's gentle as i usually apply toner after few minutes of cleansing and this product doesn't irritate my skin, unlike other cleaners.

It might dry out your skin a little bit thought,maybe extremely dry skin people should avoid it.

What you see is what you get when it comes to the size of this product. It can fit into the palm of your hand, with your fingers closed around it. However, this is no cause for concern as with the amount of product you need to use each time.. it'll last you a couple months, especially if you don't intend to use it daily. For those who wash their face in the shower itself and not at the sink, you'll find it a bit of a hassle as your hands are required to be dry before getting the product out of the pot or it'll muck up the rest of the product, which you don't really want. Also, the pot is made of glass.. so with all that fumbling, be careful not to drop it. As for the product itself... It doesnt smell cirtus-sy at all. More like pumpkin, in a good way. The visual of the wetted product, however, is another thing. It looks like wet sand (or something else... if you know what I mean) and makes me a bit uncomfortable lol. But as a facial scrub its not too "aggressive", in a good and bad way as while it is gentle to the skin, I find that maybe its not exfoliating much. It also leaves kind of a filmy moisture after washing it off. As someone with combination and sensitive skin, I didn't find this too much of a problem as after I wiped my face, it looked glowy and soft and felt mositurized.

This is my favorite cleanser to date. It doesn't take a lot of this to clean your skin (I use 2 pumps to cover face, neck, and chest) and it is a very natural product. I use this product with my Clarisonic Mia and feel that this is far superior to other, more expensive cleansers. Taking the price, the amount you use, the natural ingredients, and how well it works into consideration, I don't see you finding a better cleanser.

Bottom line: If you are considering trying this product, BUY IT! You will not regret it.

I use this daily. It's the only cleanser I've found that doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and it doesn't leave my with dry flakey skin when it dries. I would give it five stars but it has a funny smell to it. I can't say it's a bad smell, I just have other skin care products that have a more pleasant smell.

Even though it doesn't lather, this facewash removes makeup better than any sudsy wash! It dries my face out a little but I have really dry skin anyway. But it seems to improve the texture of my skin which is amazing for a facewash!
