I use this product for cleansing morning and night. This is the best gentle cleanser I have ever used. All other products claim to avoid overdrying your skin, but they always did. Burt's Bees Sentive cleanser never dries my skin.

If you have very dry sensitive skin, I definitely recommend this product!

As a Bzz Agent,I received a free sample of this product to try and review. I have tried other products for sensitive skin before, but never seem to find one that works well for my skin. I found that this cleanser removed makeup and was ok for use in the shower with water that would be a bit warmer than what I might use to wash just my face. I often find that mt skin gets dry when I wash it in the shower with other products.

Although the cleanser does feel like lotion, it is not an overly think or greasy feeling. I didn't have a problem with the lack of bubbles as there are plenty of cleansers that don't foam.

I like this product and would likely buy it to continue using it. I have been using it for a few weeks, and am happy with the results. I have not had any problem areas (oily, dry, redness, etc.).

I do think that it would be nice if this line included something that provided some exfoliation. Even sensitive skin needs a little scrub sometimes, we just have to be careful how we do it!

I am a BuzzAgent and got to try this product at no cost.I have always liked Burt's Bees products and was excited to try the Sensitve Facial Cleanser.
I liked the large size and the light scent but, was disappointed with the lack of lather and it had a petroleum jelly feel.

I'm currently on topical acne meds so my skin is super sensitive and I cannot use my usual glycolic cleanser. I received Burts Bees sensitive Facial Cleaser because I'm a BzzAgent, and it came at the right time. I needed a moisturizing cleanser and I prefer using natural products on my skin and hair when possible. I didn't experience burning like I did with the Neutrogena Naturals products, and being on a differin/duac cocktail my skin tends to need the extra moisture that this provides. I haven't use it as to remove makeup however, it does cleanse the residual makeup left after I use a makeup removal wipe. Doesn't lather up, and because its soap free don't expect that tight "clean" (stripped) feeling you'd feel with cleansers that contain soap. Overall, I'd recommend this for someone who needs a cleanser that moisturizes and doesn't need that stripped feeling that comes with using soap based products.

I received this cleanser to try for free from Bzzagent and I really did not care for it. Although the texture was creamy and silky and felt great going on it did not make my skin feel clean after rinsing. It felt like there was a film left behind. It smelled fine and I experienced no redness or irritations, but I couldn't get past the not clean feeling. Can't recommend this product.

I received a sample of this facial cleanser from bzzagent. I have very sensitive skin and am always weary of new products. This one caught my attention right away because it contains sunflower seed oil as one of the first ingredients, which is a main ingredient in the oil cleansing method. Like that method, this is a thick cream that goes on without foaming (foaming agents dry skin and can cause irritation). I removed it with a warm washcloth and then rinse my face. It does feel like there is something left on the face, but it goes away quickly after applying moisturizer and my face is left feeling soft. I don't know if it works well enough to use every day, but I've certainly added it to my routine to use a few times a week, especially in the dry winter months.

I have mixed feelings about this cleanser. It feels like I am washing my face with lotion. It is smooth, creamy and does not foam at all. It is a little weird and hard to get used to. However, my face is very soft and smooth. I am not fond of the texture but love the results. For me it is an acceptable compromise.

I tried this as part of a Bzz Campaign, and I LOVE it. My skin is going through the hormonal havoc of pregnancy and this cleanser is wonderful on my super sensitive face.

First off, no it doesn't remove makeup. I personally use eye makeup remover and wipes first, then use this cleanser.

I especially like that this is a cream, non lathering formula as I find this is the most gentle on my skin. After rinsing, my skin feels clean, smooth, and hydrated with no tightness - just what I want.

I'm always looking for natural products that work for me and fit in my budget & this one's a keeper for me!

I received Burt's Bees Sensitive Facial Cleanser for free from BzzAgent. The cleanser is very gentle for sensitive skin. Unfortunately, I think it's too gentle, as it doesn't remove all of my makeup and doesn't leave my skin feeling clean; my skin feels like it has something left on it after using the product. It also doesn't lather, so I'm confused about how much of the product to use.

I really wanted to like this product, but the one thing that I keep coming back to is that my face is left feeling like it has a sort of moisture barrier or waxy film left on it after I use it. This can be a very good thing for certain people or situations. For example, if you're a skier and you're out in the sun and wind, this would be a wonderful product. If your skin is normally quite dry, this will definitely make it feel moist and soft. For this reason, I would recommend this to a friend - depending on their skin type. The scent is a barely-there soft cottony scent.

The only other thing that I'm not crazy about is the lack of lather. That may be contributing to the feeling that my face isn't being cleansed properly. I am still using this, but I alternate it with a "scrubbier" sort of facial wash every 3 or 4 days. Oh, and the product container dispenses a little too much product. Take care to hold it in more of a horizontal position to avoid that problem.
