I got 4 of these for my sister. She said they really are helpful for relaxing the muscles. She is very skeptical of product claims and she said this really works for her.
She mentioned that the packaging is new and much nicer than the original tin/cardboard can it came in originally. That was a bonus, as this was a gift for her. So, if you are looking for a gift for someone who needs to relax, this is a great choice!

I found this product too strong - in terms of smell and function. The crystals are very large and don't dissolve well, and left me feeling that I was lying on small rocks. It's concentration of added oils is way too high for use by children, those with sensitive skin, after shaving etc. Stick with epsom salts, or a gentler soak. I threw mine out. Too bad - I usually like Burt's bees products.

Maybe this works well for others. But I have sensitive skin...and followed the directions...and my skin started burning after a few minutes in the tub. Not good...

My husband gave me this for Christmas & I couldn't wait to try it out. My legs were sore from hard runs, and I thought this would help. I put the recommended amount in the tub and got in. After 5 minutes, my legs & butt were tingly. After 10 minutes, they burned so bad I had to get out. I tried again a few days later with half the amount and made sure to try and dissolve them better in the tub. I got in and again by 10 minutes in, I had to climb out due to intense burning. I looked at the backs of my thighs and butt today, and have little burn marks all over them from the salts. I guess I am just too sensitive. My muscles do feel better.

I love baths and when I use these crystals I am so relaxed, my aches and pains feel better and I am ready for my PJ's and a good nights sleep

I usually love Burt's Bees products and use many of them. Not this one! It is strong smelling and irritated (even burned) the skin on my legs. Used it twice because I thought I didn't let the crystals dissolve enough the first time.

This product is NOT for people with sensitive skin. About 10 minutes into my soak, my skin started to itch and burn. I got out of the tub covered in hives.

On a positive note, this did relieve my muscle soreness from my run yesterday.

A little of these crystals in a warm bath instantly soothes my tired muscles. The scent is refreshing and relaxing, and it never dries out my skin.
