Comments about Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm, Hibiscus, .15 oz: I love burts bees for the ingredients they use and their overall attempt to be earth and body friendly. I love, love, love this lip balm in rose but find the hibiscus to be not as smooth going on or as moisterizing. Since I have really dry lips in the winter, I will be switching back to the rose and probably never buy the hibiscus again. However, for someone looking for a more nude lip and not in need of extra moisture, this would be a good product. For me, I just like the rose better. Comments about Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm, Hibiscus, .15 oz: This product is good. It is not amazing but it does the job. I have fair skin and the color (Rose and Red Dahlia) show up on my lips. It makes them just look rosier but not like I am wearing lipstick. This good if you are fair and your lips looked washed out - this will add color to bring them to a natural looking color. If you already have dark lips or if you have darker skin, this lip balm probably does not have enough pigmentation for you. Comments about Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm, Hibiscus, .15 oz: I never write reviews unless the product is really good and I am a product junkie! But I could barely sleep last night thinking about how great my new tinted lip balm in rose by Burt's Bees looks on me and how moisturized my lips feel. I normally use the regular lip balm daily but I decided to try this because I don't wear makeup but wanted a pop of color. My complexion can only be described as beige by most and I am pleased to find a color that looks very natural! Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Best Uses Comments about Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm, Hibiscus, .15 oz: I use lip balm religiously when I don't have on lipstick/gloss, and I love Burts Bees lip balms. I wanted to try one of their tinted ones to add a little color on days when I am just hanging around the house w/out makeup. I have dark hair and fair skin and I chose HIbiscus. It is absolutely invisible on me. Seriously, I could let my husband use it if not for its other "flaw": this product is useless as lip balm. It is thin and glossy (feels like rubbing petroleum jelly on your lips) and disappears in less than an hour. So it's useless as lip tint and useless as lip balm, plus it is ridiculously expensive and smells like teenager candy-flavored lip gloss. Quadruple fail. I am sticking with the plain ol' Burts Bees lip balms. Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend (3 of 4 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? Comments about Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm, Hibiscus, .15 oz: Ugh, smells like Twizzlers.... not good! It would've been much nicer if Burt's Bees had gone with a natural scent. Comments about Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm, Hibiscus, .15 oz: I was looking for a nice, natural lip balm with some color, and this is it! I got it Rose and it is perfect for me. I has a slightly fruity taste which I really like (I HATE minty lip balms!!! I don't want to taste like toothpaste!). Other than that, it is pretty much a normal lip balm. The only thing I don't like is the price. They charge 3 dollars more because of the fancy packaging... not ok Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend (1 of 1 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? Comments about Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm, Hibiscus, .15 oz: Great addition to the line -- not heavily pepperminted (no flavor at all), not overly greasy or thick like the regular Burt's Bees, but not if you want a nice sheer color -- this barely makes the grade on color....
