If you a looking for a basic flapper costume that will cover you up while looking a little sexy, this is it.
The dress is made out of the same material every Halloween costume is made of so obviously you pay for what you get.
This dress does has a gold trim around the neckline (which I did not realize) so be aware of that when purchasing.
