I normally wear a size 6-8, and this costume runs a little big in size, because the back has an elastic and velcro closure. I had to adjust it (with my sewing skills) by myself to make it fit properly. Also the collar doesn't look the way it is pictured in the photo--it stands straight up and looks a little odd/cheap, and it may be bothering me all night. If the halter straps in front aren't really tight around your neck, then the collar just falls down onto your back and looks pretty dumb. Other then that, the waist/skirt area fit great and the design is really cute. I hope it lasts through my costume party!
