I was originally introduced to this product line several years ago & purchased it from a beauty supply store. Unfortunately, they discontinued the line. I looked high and low for this line of products and was elated to find it online. My enthusiasm died after 2 weeks of using this. It did absolutely nothing for my 12 yr old daughter or myself. The anti-acne cleanser that I usually buy at [...] has more of the active ingredient & has much better results. Rest assured that I will not buy it again.

This product works great for me because I live in
a hot country in the Caribbean. When washing my face with it, not only it cleanses well but delivers a freshness because it has menthol in it. It is so hot in here in the Dominican Republic and I suffer from acne so this product really does the job. It does not dry my skin out, because after every cleansing I start sweating like crazy. Remember acne cleansing product are suppose to be used with an acne astringent and a non-greasy SPF 15 lotion for face. Will buy this again again again! love it!

My normal cleanser is $39 with shipping, so I thought with all the good reviews that I would try this product. I loved it the first day or two and then my face broke out terribly. It has an ingredient: sodium c14 16 olefin sulfonate which is a known irritant. I didn't know this until i started reading about it--after I bought it. Anyway, maybe if you have less sensitive skin it would be fine.

I really liked this product at first and then-oh my! My face turned terribly dry, rough--just horrible. Apparently Sodium C14...is really irriating to skin and I don't think the menthol helps either. My regular skin cleanser from [@] is awesome, but it is only mail order and with shipping is $39 so I was trying to save money but I paid the price because now I wasted my money on this product. Geez-I was so hopeful!

This might be good for teenagers and young adults. However, I am 39 and I need to use products that will not dry out my skin. I used this product for 1 month and it didn't do much for my acne, plus it really dried out my skin and I suddenly started getting wrinkles on my face (which I didn't use to have).

This product has worked for my teenaged daughter when nothing else would. We had tried everything from soap and water to the big name products to prescription products and medication from the dermatologist. The Bye Bye Blemish cleanser and acne gel have been a god send for her. She did experience some dryness, which we expected, this was corrected with a basic moisturizer used in conjunction with these two products. Her beautiful smile is back and so is her confidence. Note: while we did see some results within the first few days, it did take a full month of use to see full results.

I have bought the Bye Bye Drying Lotion for my son for more than 3 years and LOVE it! So I thought I'd buy the body wash for him. I was NOT dissapointed. He has had severe acne for many years and this product helps to keep his acne under control. Keep up the good work. Thank you!
