If you are satisfied with the average “daily scrubs" from the drugstore, then Booth’s Green Apple is not for you. The label says “microdermabrasion” and, in the case of this product, that term is not much of an exaggeration. It is really scrubby! It is the only product I have found that is scrubby enough AND does not have any emollients that block pores. I tend to get little bumps after I shave as well as acne, so I use cleansers with no moisturizers. But the truly radical feature of this scrub is its abrasiveness - it is like rubbing beach sand on your face. It strips the outer most layer of dead skin off and leaves you looking bright and fresh. I use it once or twice a week, in the shower before I shave my face. If my skin is in any way chapped or sensitive that day, I will cut the Green Apple one-to-one with some other mild cleanser to take some of the edge off. I have tried most of the more expensive scrubs (e.g. Kiehl’s), but nothing I’ve tried comes close to Booth’s Green Apple. VS Most Liked Negative Review Formula has changed - so disappointed! However, I had just run out and so I ordered 2 more tubes, which arrived this week. I was hugely disappointed to find that they completely changed the formula!!!! What I loved about the scrub before was the size of the scrubbing particles - it really felt like it was exfoliating your skin. Now they are so fine, there is hardly any grit to the scrub at all. You really have to rub hard to feel any exfoliating action, whereas with the old formula your skin felt refreshed and polished even with using a light hand. I know there were mixed reviews before because for all of the people who lived that this was a grittier scrub, there were also some who thought that it was too harsh for sensitive skin. So basically now those consumers will be probably be very happy with this product and those of us who loved it as it was will have to find something else. I'm bummed.. I really loved this stuff :(. Best Uses Comments about c. Booth Green Apple Micro Dermabrasion Scrub, 4 fl oz: I ordered this product as a replacement to the c. booth vitamin c scrub that is no longer sold on this website. It is not the same at all. Far too rough to be used on your face, the granules are huge. I will have to use the rest of it on my body instead. It is much more akin to a rough body scrub than something meant for the face. I actually reread the packaging info thinking maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Pros

Cons Best Uses Comments about c. Booth Green Apple Micro Dermabrasion Scrub, 4 fl oz: I like this a lot, it leaves my skin feeling really soft. I think it's the kind of product you'll either love or hate. I don't have sensitive skin, so it's great for me. If you have sensitive skin though, you might want to stay away from this as it could easily irritate your skin. Pros

Comments about c. Booth Green Apple Micro Dermabrasion Scrub, 4 fl oz: I have wasted so much money trying to find a scrub that works like this. I am a huge fan of the large pumice grains in this scrub. I bought it , used it and went right back to the drug store to buy another tube because its currently on sale. If i am mad about anything its that i have full tubes of useless scrubs that i have no idea what to do with. I have super oily skin, occasionally bumpy, acne prone skin and the scrub left me with balanced smooth skin that has yet to break out from any of the ingredients. i am never disappointed by c. booth products. Comments about c. Booth Green Apple Micro Dermabrasion Scrub, 4 fl oz: This is a really great scrub. I use it twice a week on my chest, neck and face. It does a great job of removing the dead cells and leaves the skin really soft. I tried scrubs with smaller beads and they did not work well. I always make sure I have this scrub on hand even when I travel. It has become part of my regular beauty routine. Pros

Comments about c. Booth Green Apple Micro Dermabrasion Scrub, 4 fl oz: This is nothing like St. Ive's - which is pretty much ineffective in all forms except "St. Ives Timeless Skin Daily Microdermabrasion" which isn't sold anywhere now other than [@].PROS: Larger particles are plentiful and SHARP. They will absolutely remove dead skin.CONS: I found this kind (and I've used 5-6 so far) to be rather painful. I use it anyway, but cringe every time. Pros
