Caldera Therapy Gel packs are beneficial for a wide variety of physical ailments including, sports injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, muscle spasms and stiffness, fractures, sprains and strains, migraine headaches, menstrual cramps, swollen glands, arthritis, tendonitis, bee stings and insect bites. 

If the Caldera Therapy Gel becomes uncomfortable (too hot/too cold), remove for a few minutes and reapply.  Do not puncture Therapy Gel packs.  For external use only. The Therapy Gel is non-toxic; however, it is not intended to be eaten. If gel contacts eyes or skin, redness or irritation persists, consult a physician. Caldera International, Inc. and its distributors will not have or assume any financial responsibility or liability for medical expenses or compensation for any injuries resulting from the misuse of Caldera Therapy Wraps and Therapy Gel.

Microwave:  Place Caldera Therapy Gel pack inside microwave and heat at high (750 watts) for 35 seconds.  Repeat process until desired temperature is achieved.  If Therapy Gel becomes too hot, let cool before application.  Place in Caldera Therapy Wrap or use in towel for insulation. Do not heat for more than 180 seconds at a time.

Stove Top:  Bring two quarts of water to a rolling boil the remove from heat.  Place Caldera Therapy Gel in water for 7-10 minutes, then remove from water and place in Caldera Therapy Wrap or use a towel for insulation.

Do not heat therapy gel packs while water is being heated.

Place Caldera Therapy Gel pack flat in a freezer for at least eight hours prior to use.

For convenience and First Aid use, keep gel packs in freezer at all times.  Place frozen Therapy Gel pack in Caldera Therapy Wrap or use in a towel for insulation. Apply Caldera Therapy Gel packs in 20-minute intervals over affected areas.
