Tried this lotion based on other reviews. Absolutely love it. I have eczema on my hands and wrists and really don't like using my steroid cream unless I have to. This lotion is really good at keeping my eczema at bay...not completely gone, but subdued enough that I don't have to use my steroid cream. I've always loved lavender and the added pine smell is interesting The lavender fades quickly and I catch whiffs of pine off my hands, but it's not strong or overwhelming. It's actually kind of refreshing, like nature. Ive even noticed that the backs of my hands look smoother, less paper thin. I highly recommend this product. I'm going to try other Caldrea products; hopefully they are as good as this one.

Feels like it's going to be greasy when you first apply it, but wait a minute, and your hands become soft and comforted, with no greasy feel.

I love this product. I have psoriasis on my feet and legs and this seems to help clear it up, which makes it a bit of a miracle product. Knowing that pine tar was an old remedy for psoriasis sufferers, I would hate to have the pine out of this product, as I believe that's part of the magic that this product works.

As for me, I love the product..only reason it is not a 5 star rating is the scent. I am going to try the others. I had a rash that itched so bad that I would rub it raw. I used many many things including something from the doctor and nothing worked. I started using this because I forgot to use the other, and this was on my bedstand. Guess what...my hands are about 98% better, and only after a few uses. I have had the problem for about a year. So hopefully it is NOT the pine that made it work...since I will get the other scent.

I love how this makes my hands feel - moisturized but not greasy. The pine is just too strong for me, so I'm going to try another scent.

Lovely texture, scent could be more lavender and less pine-y, but I could still detect the lavender easily. A very nice hand cream, very soothing. You don't need much at a time.

Great moisturizer, and leaves hands feeling soft. Yes, it does have a somewhat pungent aroma, but, for those of us with allergies, using some at bedtime clears your sinuses and helps you to fall peacefully asleep. Personally, I love it, and so does my skin.

I might the odd one out here, but I love the scent of this hand cream. Admittedly, it is slightly pine scented, but not excessively so. I received this as a promo item and did not expect much, but it's a great thick hand cream that does not leave your hands greasy. You only need a very small amount to get a softening effect and it's wonderful to use after handwashing.
