They worked as wonders for both my baby and myself. After running out of my stocked CA baby, I recently purchased this one. It was a huge disappointment. My 2years old cried to tell me that he felt pain on her face when I put the cream and sun screener ( i bought sun screener too ). Only within 2 days, his face burned and now, he had severe red rashes on his cheeks! Honestly saying, I was perplexed. He's been using the same product, same brand since he's born. I noticed the bottle packaging looked different. So I started my online research and it turned out CA baby recently reformulated their products which have already stirred huge reactions in online community. I thought the Aloe Vera version would be fragrance-free, but it has a scent that reminds me of peppermint (not my personal favorite, but not a deal breaker either). Pros

The red patches on his chin and cheeks went away very quickly after using this cream. The key is to keep the skin moisturized. Steroid creams and Aquaphor did not improve his skin condition at all. Give this a try if your baby has ezcema. I've given this cream to my friends' babies and it also helped them! Service and delivery comments: Delivery was prompt and it arrived in good condition. Pros
