I have a 3 year old and an 18 month old and wanted a sunscreen without dangerous chemicals but one that was strong enough to protect their super-fair skin (after being inside in cold NYC all winter) from the FL sun. I was a little concerned from some of the reviews that it would be pasty thick, but it was creamy and flowed out easily. You have to rub a little more than with chemical sunscreens but the difference isn't at all dramatic and what wouldn't you do for your kids to be safe? We swam a ton and it stayed on. I'm proud to say my kids are as pale as they were when we left! :) One piece of advice - put it on before you dress your kids. It does look pearly white on clothes or rashers or bathing suits. If I put this on my children, I know they will not get a sunburnt no matter what. I have a very fair child and another child who is fair but tans nicely. This worked wonderfully as we spent the day in the pool and sun on the 4th of July. Although it seemed to not rub-in completely, we still loved it - and it has a great scent! I highly recommend this! It has a nice citrusy scent and my son who is sensitive to some products does not react at all to this one. We tried the Aveeno baby one and his skin was irritated, but not with this one. Even gentle enough to use on his face. I also bought the stick because in theory it sounded good, but it doesn't apply/rub in as well as I'd like. But this lotion is a winner. Again expensive, but worth it. Pros

It's a little greasy, but not nearly as greasy as Blue LIzard. I also love the fact that it doesn't have extra chemicals. The only drawback is my daughter still gets a tan with it, but she also did that with the chemical higher SPFs before I found this. I probably need to reapply it more often. Pros

We spent a week in Southern California with my very fair-skinned baby. We spent every single day all day long in the sun and she did not get a single burn. She didn't even get a little pink. Everyone complained about how hard it was to rub in, but I didn't get that at all. The product is amazing. I usually never use sunscreen as I usually don't burn, but apparently no one told that to the sun in So. Cal. I decided to try to curtail the burning and used this sunscreen and I didn't add any more burn to what I had, so it worked really well on me as well. The product is great! I'll never buy any other sunscreen! Displaying reviews 11-20
