The tea tree oil works great on blackheads and it doesn't overdry like most other cleansers. My skin is very smooth and vibrant. With these results I decided to try it as a shampoo and was stunned. I use nothing but $25 salon preferred shampoo and my hair has never been as soft and shiny with as much body as it is using this. I swear I feel like I came out of a hair appointment. I can't wait to try the conditioner so I can hopefully save even more money. One downside is the lack of lather which is a result of not using sodium lauryl sulfate like most other shampoos/cleansers. It takes some getting used to as it doesn't feel like your hair is getting clean, but it is! Make sure your face or hair is very, very wet and mix some of the product in your hand with a bit of water and you're golden. You don't need lather to get clean! It doesn't lather, but I understand the nature of the product, so I tried to overlook this, but it just didn't seem to give me a feeling of clean. It also stings her eyes when she accidentally rubbed her eyes. Baby shampoo should NEVER sting and this really makes me wonder am I spending on the right product. We've been using it since she was born but a different range(calendula) and because she was younger and won't rub the suds over her eyes then, we dont see any problem until now. Pros

However her long hair gets tangled and can't comb out easily. I'd need a conditioner or hair rinse to go with it. I don't use it for her sister. Pros

A daily bath with this soap, followed by the calendula cream has made all the difference for them. We also use this soap on our dogs and they smell wonderful, their coats are shiny and their skin is soft. I bought it because it has tea tree oil in it and have read it has many great properties. Now that both my kids are in preschool I worry about the possibility of lice and have read that tea tree oil is effective in combating it. My daughter has waist length hair so I am always worried she will come home with lice! However both my kids have very dry skin and will get excema patches in the winter, so I needed something gentle. I usually use Aveeno baby, but wanted something with the tea tree oil. This is very gentle and washes out well. I am very pleased with it and will continue to use it. Pros
