After one or two washings, and combing out with a fine tooth comb to remove the flakes, my daughter's scalp is totally clear. Also, the shampoo smells great and a little goes a LONG way. This did not work on my girls hair at all!(2 & 7) It just left their hair a tangled mess. My son has a crew cut so he was fine. I have allergies to most lathering skin care products and fragrance. The shampoo and conditioner were recommended by my dermatologist. I use the shampoo and afterwards use the conditioner as a leave in treatment. For the first week or so my hair was very tangled and felt dry after I washed it. I gently combed it out using a lot of conditioner. After a week my hair became softer and softer. It's now to the point that I don't usually need conditioner. I highly recommend combing through your hair before washing it and slowly reducing the amount of conditioner as your hair becomes more soft and healthy. Stick it out. It's worth it! Pros

After months of trying to get rid of it and even going to the doc where they gave her medicine shampoo to try, but I was too scared to try anything so harsh for my 10 mth old so I bought this to try first and I was blown away when it all started falling out after only one wash. Now my Doc recommends this product to other parents instead of the prescription shampoo! Pros

My 3 year old won't even let me put the powder on because she says it smells like toilet. I have to use a ton of shampoo because it doesn't lather up at all and she has very long hair. These 3 items were expensive, what a waste of money! Pros
