I like this sunscreen stick because....it's nice to put on my son's face. he actually LIKES it when i rub this on his face. it's easy and clean to have in my purse or bag at all times for touch-ups. for me, there's SPF 30 in my moisturizer, but if we end up spending a lot more time outside- i just apply this under my eyes for extra protection- and it actually improves the appearance under my eyes.

i try not to use this for body because it's hard to get effective coverage. it can, however, be used as a touch-up- in case you get to the playground and see you missed a spot, you don't have to rub it all over your hands again to get the one spot- just use the stick!! will always keep one of these in my purse.

I bought this sunblock for my daughter because it is highly rated for safe use for children. I like how simple and clean the packaging is. No worry about spilling since it is a 'deodorant-like' stick. But that's a pro and a con - it rubs on farely roughly and it is hard to spread evenly. Since it doesn't spread easily, you sort of have to rub the stick over every part you want covered, and that is hard to do in an effective way.
I like, though, that it doesn't have a strong smell and it is very good for the face.

This is a great sunscreen! Yes, it's a little tough to rub in, but a little bit goes a long way. It works and it lasts a long time. I use it on my daughter every day.

Comments about California Baby Super Sensitive Sunscreen Stick SPF 30+, No Fragrance, .5 oz:

I bought this due to the rating by Environmental Working Group. It is least toxic to our bodies. But, it didn't rub in well and the kids and my husband looked like they had a waxy film on them all day. I used Vanicream SPF60 and had better protection without the pasty look.

Very convenient to store and apply, especially to sensitive areas like ears, neck and chest. VERY easy to apply to my always squirming 4 year-old who ends up with gobs of liquid sunblock all over her hair and clothes. Perfect for touch-ups to ensure adequate sun protection throughout the day.

This a great product. My daughter has been using this for years and now does it herself. She puts it on and I can see where she's missed because it white on the skin until you rub it in.

Comments about California Baby Super Sensitive Sunscreen Stick SPF 30+, No Fragrance, .5 oz:

I bought this sunscreen from California Baby because I love all of their products. I love that they are non-toxic and do not contain harmful chemicals or allergens.

It is great that the sunscreen is in stick formula because then I can toss it in the diaper bag or my purse and it will always be available and it won't leak everywhere.

Everything about this product seems like it would be great, but, just like the California Baby shampoos & body washes, both my daughter and I get allergic reactions from this product.. I know that lavender oil is bad for me. I don't know if this stick contains lavender, but it's definitely got something that just doesn't agree with us. There are "fragranced" products (i.e. Neutrogena) that work for us, but the strength of the oils in California Baby products is too harsh for our skin, I guess. If you don't have a problem with these oils, this is most likely a good choice for a gentle sunscreen.

Comments about California Baby Super Sensitive Sunscreen Stick SPF 30+, No Fragrance, .5 oz:

I bought this to replace the one I lost a while back. We use it for swimming or if I know we're going to be out in the sun for a while (eg playing in the park, etc). I have 2 very young kids, so I really like the fact that this stick allows me to apply sunblock easily on everybody without getting my hands oily and sticky. I also like this sunblock for being free of nasty chemicals. I took one star off because this sunblock is very greasy and impossible to wash off. I have to use a sponge and soap to carefully scrub our skin to remove the sunblock at the end of the day. But all in all, I still love this sunblock very much!

Wonderful sunscreen. If if the school forgets to reapply it around noon the kids will not burn and I have the piece of mind of a totally non toxic safe sunscreen. It doesn't get into the eyes.
Some might consider that it leaves some white on the skin a con, but that just assures you that it contains no nano particles.
