My 3 and 5 year old girls swim twice a week and this makes their hair so soft. I am surprised people don't like the smell, we love it. We've been to Hawaii several times and this always reminds me of being there. We've used this after the beach and it always works great. I highly recommend it! Pros

It has an interesting botanical smell that is both sweet and bitter at the same time, almost like a medicinal herb. It is hard to describe but I did not like the smell and don't think I can use this as a leave-in conditioner. Otherwise, it is a thick formula and probably the bottle will last long. I most likely will not buy another bottle unless the distinctive smell grows on me, but at least it is a quality product (no strange chemicals). I am a fan of California Baby products and like their philosophy; I will try a different conditioner next time. Pros

It also doesn't do anything great for my daughter's hair. The biggest Pro is the fact that it is very safe to use on children.  Pros

No tangles, smells wonderful and no artifical ingredients. I feel safe using this on my daughter with no parabans.
