This is a great alternative for those who have trouble swallowing pills, such as I do. It's more of a soft chew (like the candy "orange slices" of old) than a gummie, but that is okay by me. I had previously started using Citracal Calcium Gummies, when I found these Caltrate Gummy Bites. They are essentially the same. This Caltrate version comes with 10 fewer gummies, but costs about $2-3 less. The Caltrate Gummy Bites also offers a variety of 3 flavors- black cherry, orange, and strawberry, instead of the single orange flavor found in the other brand. I don't really care for the black cherry flavor, as it taste a bit "mediciny" (like Nyquil), but the orange and strawberry flavors are great.

I loved these. I finally remember to take my calcium. I have osteoporosis and my doctor wants me to take 2500mg a day. That is a lot and these are expensive but at least I am finally taking them!
