I'm impressed by how much is packed into this relatively small (for a calcium pill) and easy to swallow tablet, making it simpler to take the amount of calcium that is recommended daily. High amounts of vitamin D to increase absorption are also included; recent studies are showing vitamin D to have many benefits beyond what we used to know. I also like the fact that it has an appropriate amount of the trace minerals zinc, copper, manganese and boron, but wish it had even more magnesium.

Caltrate 600+D Plus Mineral is great. I take it mainly to avoid health problems in the future, such as, osteoporosis. I hope it will do the job. I don't have any side effects from it, which is great. I hope it works for you as it does for me. Happy shopping! :)

The added minerals are hard to find in other supplements. This is an expensive supplement that should be taken with meals for best absorption. This is the most economical way to buy this supplement and service, email confirms and rapid delivery, etc. were great. No complaints.
