I have thick hair that gets brittle looking within weeks of going to the salon. I absolutely love this product. It moisturizes my hair and gets rid of the brittle look. It smells like a tropical get away and is light weight.

Use the product right after a shower. It really helps me pick out the tangles out of my very long curly hair. It has been hard for me to find a product that doesn't make my hair (I'm fair but have curly hair) look greasy. I've tried tons of products. This doesn't irritate my scalp or leave any nasty residue. I have very thick curly hair, and I recommend this if you've tried everything.

I mix this product with my deep conditioner. It works miracles for naturally curly hair this way: no tangles, knots, or frizz; and moisture and shine for days. It washes out very easily, even with a non-sulfate shampoo and smells great.

I found the Cantu line for my mixed race daughter's hair. This is our favorite of the Cantu products. It smells good, is not too heavy, and it makes my daughter's hair more manageable and shiny when she decides to have an Angela Davis/bouncy hair day. As an added benefit, my hands feel *so* soft and pretty after using this on my girls hair :)

This product is not too oily and smells great. I don't know if I wuold use it every day though due to possibility of build up. I use it twice a week and I would say it controls frizz and gives a nice shine to any type of hair:straight, curly,thick or thin.

Besides shining well and controlling the little fly-aways, this product makes one's hair much less reactive to humidity, which is a nice quality for those of us with hair that frizzes and GROWS in volume at the slightest bit of moisture.

This product did nothing in the way of adding shine to my hair. However, I was impressed with the fact that it did not leave my hair feeling greasy. Also, when added over some hair gels, it can decreases crunchiness, but overall, it did not perform as expected.
