I use this every night in the shower (body only) to get the day off of me. I then motisturize with the goat's milk lotion, slathering my feet before putting on socks. Also use the lather to shave legs.

Put it on your scrubby, wet it a bit, and it gives a terrific lather and feels like you're so clean.

I like the big bottle with the pump that I keep in the shower, but you can also buy it in smaller bottles for travel, or if you just want to try before getting the big bottle.

I have no negatives about this product that my sister turned me onto about 5 years ago.

It is very difficult to get this body wash to lather. I guess lather isn't a necessary thing, but I like lather. I have gone back to the bar soap for my showers, and I use the body wash to refill my liquid soap dispenser.
