All Natural Rich Moisturizing, Pure Vegetable Oil Soap with Fresh Goat's Milk & Orchid Oil
What's so special about goat's milk soap? Fresh goat's milk has long been used as a skin moisturizer. Goat's milk contains capric and caprylic acids which reduce the alkalinity found in many skin care products. This reduced alkalinity results in a pH level closer to healthy human skin. Canus has extended the natural benefits of fresh goat's milk by adding Orchid (Cymbidium Gradiflorum) Oil from Thailand, a plant lipid recognized for its antioxidant and excellent emollient properties. Plant lipids such as Orchid Oil can be very helpful in hydrating and keeping skin from feeling dry and uncomfortable.
Ingredients that make a difference:
Sodium Palmate (Palm Oil): Gentle skin cleanser. A surfactant, also acts as an emulsifying agent. Sodium Palm Kernelate(Palm Oil Kernels): Very mild surfactant, enhances the "sudzing". Fresh Goat's Milk (Caprae Lac): Naturally rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals and triglycerides. Nourishing moisturizer for the skin. Helps soothe and heal dry skin. Orchid Oil (Cymbidium Grandiflorum): A plant lipid from Thailand recognized for its antioxidant and excellent emollient properties. Glycerin: Natural lipid 100% from the plant source. Great moisturizer. Maintains the skin's homeostasis.

I use it in the shower for my face and body. It's moisturizing and keeps my skin from drying, but it's not greasy like Dove and some other moisturizing soaps. I love the smell, it's a light floral smell, it's not perfumey.
I picked up a 3-pack of this soap at a high-end NYC drug store. Fell in love with it. The smell, the feel, the lather. It's the world's best soap. Was THRILLED to find it on drugstore.com, at a much lower price than what I originally paid for it. Now I can give bars to friends and let them discover this awesome soap for themselves! I'll be using this soap until I die.
I've used this product over the last ten years. It provides great lather for the kds..don't need bubble bath! I usually purchase non-scented soaps but decided to try this scented bar..it has a gentle fragrance..not overpowering and like the non-scented cleans and rinses freely. Will definitely be making another purchase.
