This is a super product. My husband has very bad arthritis in his neck and back. This product relieves his pain and with the roll-on he doesn't get it on his hands and then end up rubbing his eyes. We love this product it really relieves his arthritis pain.

I never write reviews, but I had to comment on this product. I have tried numerous products to alleviate my neck pain that triggers my migraines. This product is awesome. I love it. It works fast. It doesn't stink. It doesn't get on my hands. I can't say enough good things about it. Fantastic. Terrific.

This product is great and it actually works. Don't be afraid of the bad reviews. People are not reading the directions AT ALL. It clearly says that the main ingrediant is from hot peppers. It tells you to wear gloves when applying and not to apply heat to the area in which the product was applied. Come on people! All ypu have to do is read and half of the complaints on here would have been prevented. This is the only thing that has worked on my arthitis. Try it!

I have crippling arthritis in my hands and three herniated
discs in my back. I get great pain relief from this product.
I like that I can roll it on and not get on my hands unless I
want to.

Be cautious when you use on you hands. I will wear
cotton gloves. If you get in you eyes even after it has
dried they will sting.

I still choose to use on my hands because it works
better than the pain pills, anti inflammatory drugs and
muscle relaxants for pain relief at times.

I first got this several months ago, I used too much and got blisters BUT if was All my fault, I stoped using it for a few months then saw it and thought I will use it sparingly because my knees and thumbs are so painful, I am soooo happy with the results that I am back for 2 more. Make sure to not overapply. I use it every 12 hours, and I make sure not to reactive it will water (shower) soon after using it or just before showering. It's taken away 90% of my pain, it's so remarkable!

I have arthritis in my shoulders and back. I use this product every day, twice a day in the morning and at night. However, if I plan to use the hot tub or if I am going to be out in the sun, I skip the morning application and only use it at night. Unlike oral pain medications, Capzasin has no side effects that I'm aware of.

I have 2 herniated discs. I used this product on my foot first and nothing happened. Then I used it on my back. Nothing. This afternoon I put it on the back of my neck and shortly thereafter my neck started burning so intensely that my grandson had to go get me ice. He told me my neck is bright red, like a sunburn. I said it takes the pain away because you have to forget your pain to deal with the burning. I don't think I'll use this again.

I have used similar capsacin products in the past and made the mistake of taking a shower 2 hours afterwards and I got what looked and felt like an honest to God sunburn. This product I put on my feet for relief from neuropathy last night and it is 10 pm now and my feet still burn like there is no tomorrow because of sweat. Do not over-apply, it does offer pain relief.
