I have used this product for several years. Vanilla is my preference so i can add any fruit and change to the flavor of the day. Best product i have found for taste and mixes well with all fruits....High in protein, low in carbs. love it!

I bought this after reading the reviews- for weight loss and meal replacement.

I have to say that this shake is awesome! I have one every morning on the go for breakfast and I usually try to drink it over the span of 2 hours. It keeps me full for 3 to sometimes 4 hours. I have noticed that it keeps me awake and going through out the day. I used to be a HUGE coffee drinker- didn't have energy without it. Now that I drink one of these a day, my body is set!!

One bad thing is that it is really tough to mix, and it leaves clumps. I don't mind it since it isn't a whole lot, but it still sort of sucks.

Other than that this product is great!

I don't use it for wt. control but mostly to get more protein in my diet. And it makes a nice shake with crushed ice, fruit & yogurt added

I've used Carb solutions as a breakfast drink for 15 years or more. The vanilla flavor is pretty good - but if you do half and half with the chocolate flavor (one scoop of each), it makes a great mocha flavor. I can't say enough about this stuff. It used to be available in grocery stores, but now I can only find it at Drugstore.com - seems like a lot of products I like have been discontinued lately, so now I'm writing reviews to support the products I care about. : )

I use the vanilla mix in shake mixes and added to both hot and cold cereals. It blends well and has a great taste.

I have this for breakfast every morning, mix with frozen fruit, soy milk, greens or fresh spinach. blend. It is filling and gets me to lunch.

Have not tried mixing it in a shaker bottle. Blend with some cold coffee and ice. YUMM

It is not chalky, it tastes just fine. The price is right. these protein shake mixes can get quite expensive and have loads of calories. I am pleased with this one. Ordering another can right now.

great to add to smoothies, carries easily between meals, same vitamins & minerals as prenatal vitamins, great for pregnant women who can't swallow pills.

I use this after a run or for a snack. I add fresh fruit to the vanilla (strawberries) and it is like a smoothie.
