I use Carb Solutions once or twice a day as a meal replacement. The flavor is excellent! I blend it in my blender with a few pieces of ice, some sugar free pudding/jello mix and the Carb Solution. It asks you to use 2 scoops but I just use one heaping scoop. Seems to blend the powder alot better when blended in a blender instead of shaker bottle.

I have tried other high protein mixes and this one is my favorite. It tastes great, is thicker than other mixes and keeps me full longer. Not only that but it has the same amount of protein (24 g) per serving as others but less calories (110 vs 140). The price is right for the size so it's not over priced I just wish I could find it in a bigger size. I LOVE THIS STUFF.

I have used this product for several years. Vanilla is my preference so i can add any fruit and change to the flavor of the day. Best product i have found for taste and mixes well with all fruits....High in protein, low in carbs. love it!

I bought this after reading the reviews- for weight loss and meal replacement.

I have to say that this shake is awesome! I have one every morning on the go for breakfast and I usually try to drink it over the span of 2 hours. It keeps me full for 3 to sometimes 4 hours. I have noticed that it keeps me awake and going through out the day. I used to be a HUGE coffee drinker- didn't have energy without it. Now that I drink one of these a day, my body is set!!

One bad thing is that it is really tough to mix, and it leaves clumps. I don't mind it since it isn't a whole lot, but it still sort of sucks.

Other than that this product is great!
