Bought this item to help me off the toilet because I had an injury to my left knee.this item did not fit my toilet it was way too big. when I returned the item, the most they would do for me is to refund the cost of the item, and NOT the [$] it took me to send it back. the description says it should fit and it didn't. shame on the CAREX for knowing thier are differences in toilet sizes between different brands. It took me [$] dollars to find out.They should have measurments of the toilets it will fit. Money is tight for everyone, I certainly couldn't afford this on top of an injury.
