Application Tips:

1. Add fullness to the lips by lining the outer edges of the lip line with the Reverse Lip Liner ~ blend upwards and out to soften the line and give lift to the mouth.
2. For a natural look fill in the lips with your favorite PlantLove™ lipstick
3. For a professional, polished look line the lips with one of Cargo's smooth Lip Pencils ~ apply with feathery application strokes and blend with a cotton swab for a soft line.
