This is the brand my OB recommended that I take while I was pregnant and nursing as a good source of DHA. Drugstore.com had it for half the price that my doctor was selling it for. It is higher potency than a lot of other brands out there and doesn't have a very fishy after taste. But it did give me heartburn while I was pregnant.

Am seeing a reduction in cholesterol levels. It is helping me to avoid the use of pharmaceuticals. This product combined with CoQ10 has helped me to reduce my dependence on naproxin and ibuprofen.
