This is the only fish oil that my cardiologist recommends. It contains the right dosage that I should be taking daily -- one in the morning and one at night.

This is the brand my OB recommended that I take while I was pregnant and nursing as a good source of DHA. Drugstore.com had it for half the price that my doctor was selling it for. It is higher potency than a lot of other brands out there and doesn't have a very fishy after taste. But it did give me heartburn while I was pregnant.

Am seeing a reduction in cholesterol levels. It is helping me to avoid the use of pharmaceuticals. This product combined with CoQ10 has helped me to reduce my dependence on naproxin and ibuprofen. Carlson's Elite Fish Oil has proven to be more effective than other brands I have tried. And the "lemon flavor" is not noticeable, but is effective in reducing aftertaste the others have.
