Unlike pills, I find I don't get the horrible "fish burp" with this product. My doctor wanted me on something that was at least 75% Omega-3s vs. other types of fats, so I'm glad this was offered in this product. I'd prefer there was a non-citrus flavored variety so I could just mix it into food, but overall a good product.
