Very powerful. Just one teaspoonful of fish oil can replace more than 10 gel capsules of fish oil that you need to take daily. Excellent source of DHA & EPA. It will raise your good cholesterol and lower your bad cholesterol pretty quick.

For those who cannot take large pills, this product is the answer. Perfect for gastric surgery patient who cannot tolerate large pills/capsules. Easily mixes with other liquid supplements. I mix it with my daily dosages of flavored liquid Vitamin D & C. The product does not really have a taste but a refreshing smell (NO FISHY SMELL) which works well when mixing. Very pleased and will order again. Beats the heck out of draining fish oil out of a gelcap and trying to gag it down LOL! (Am I the only one who has ever tried this???)

Most fish oil tastes like, well.... fish oil. This doesn't! Tastes great! My body needs extra doses of oil and this totally does the trick. I take two tablespoons every morning. I don't have to mix it with anything or choke it down. It actually tastes good!
Take one teaspoonful one or two times daily, at Mealtime. To retain freshness after initially opening the bottle, keep refrigerated and preferably use within 60 days.
