Carlson fish oil softgels are easy to swallow with no unpleasant taste or repeating. The downside is that to achieve the recommended >1000mg of Omega 3's, you would need to consume 5 softgels a day. This package does contain over a 2 month supply.

I've been using this fish oil for a long time. It is a really high quality fish oil (Carlson's has been around forever) and no fishy taste or smell. It is hte best!
