The new packaging is POOR. Less amount for the same price as the larger, better packaged product they used to have. Does not ship well. My last 2 shipments have had the lids and protective seal come off. Drugstore has replaced the product that was open when it shipped but it is still not a positive experience.

I was very disappointed when Carnation repackaged the No Sugar Chocolate Instant Breakfast in a smaller, hard- to- get- a -scoop- into -package! With fewer servings. Not. Those of us who buy this in quantity want a large quantity!! That's the whole point. I've been eating this daily for over 20 years, maybe more, and I was delighted when they first came out with the cylindrical package -- less packaging, less wasted paper, easier access to the product. It still tastes very good, but I really want Carnation to know I DON'T like the packaging.

I have used this product for 20 years, 5 days a week. My only complaint is that I am disappointed that the manufacturer has gone to smaller containers, vs larger ones. Smaller containers means more waste of packaging. Please produce in larger canisters. Why not one 14 oz vs two 7 oz.

Used for more than a decade. Very disappointed in new reduced servings packaging (10 vs. 12 in previous canister) for same cost. Per serving cost now more than local grocery for box of 8 individual serving packets. New canister won't accommodate 1/4 cup (recommended) measure. Really senseless to buy in bulk canister when individual pouches cost less per serving! Very questionable marketing in my humble opinion......

The amount in the previous packaging was a better deal. I am very disappointed to see a smaller amount sold for a similar price to what I used to purchase.
