Our dishes were terrible, we bought this expensive diswasher "GE Cafe Series" and after a few months a white milky film was over all our dishes and glasses. Our water was only slightly hard, and no matter what heat setting we used nothing would work. Cascade Crystal rinse was recommended by the manufacture.

Modern dishwashers are so energy efficient they require rinse agents to properly function. Older style dishwashers used to use up to 40 gallons on a wash cycle, but new ones only use 5 or less. You may also require an application of Dishwasher Magic or some other anti hardwater treatment.

Works great as always to improve drying of dishwasher. Love that this was available at Drugstore.com as I always forget to get this product at grocery store!
