    How do I return something to drugstore.com?



    Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any non-prescription item shipped by drugstore.com for a full credit or refund, keeping the following in mind:

    · Item should be in new condition with original packaging and accessories

    · You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt

    We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error. In other cases, a return postage fee will apply.

    If you do not have any questions regarding your return, simply click here to print a return shipping label. Follow the instructions for affixing the label and leave the package with your mail carrier.

    If your return is not the result of our error, a return postage fee will apply. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

    If you have any questions regarding your return or cannot print the label above, please send e-mail to Customer Care at returns@drugstore.com. In your e-mail, include your order number and the reason you want to return each item (choose one of the following):

    "E" - Ordered the wrong item
    "B" - Makeup color not as expected
    "M" - Received an item that was not ordered
    "S" - Did not like item or changed mind
    "Q" - Item was damaged, defective, or missing parts
    "T" - Item did not arrive in time
    "P" - Found lower price elsewhere
    "O" - Other (please describe)

    A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item(s).

    Returning prescription items



    If your prescription order was damaged in shipping, please call us immediately at 1-800-drugstore (1-800-378-4786). To protect the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns on prescription items.

    Contact lenses must be returned to Vision Direct. Please click here for return instructions.

    Returning Sexual Well-being items



    We are sorry, but, unless they have a manufacturer defect, we do not accept returns for items purchased from our Sexual Well-Being store.

    When you receive your order, please check to make sure your item(s) are working. We will credit or exchange unused, defective items only. Please return the unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Items returned without original packaging will not be refunded.
