That's how you know a carb ...Read complete review I followed the directions precisely, but this carb blocker product is NOT effective and does not work. This product results in hardly any waste excretion! Very little! That's how you know a carb blocker is working and that it will maintain your weight!....when you make a restroom trip sometime afterwards to excrete the carbs! When I say excrete, I mean a more than average amount than your regular bathroom trip while NOT taking any blocker type product. Okay, for 3 years, I have been a loyal consumer of another brand of carb blocker(which cost less than this one). When I was using the other brand, I was so used to it resulting with much more waste excretion after eating any meals with heavy carbs(macaroni, rice, bread, pasta, pizza, etc.)Also, this carb blocker results in giving me lots of gas! It should be alot of waste excretion, but NO gas! I did NOT get any gas with the other brand I used for 3 years. I am definately going back to the other brand and never buying this one again.
