I can drink it at night and it calms me down. I also drink it with milk when I am hungry at night and it works well too.

Very yummy and great for you! I am so glad I read the reviews on this tea. At first I ordered just one box so I could try it. I tried it and OMG the best flavor tea I have ever drank. I ordered 4 more boxes. Very smooth and a nice vanilla taste. Strange aroma kinda like tobacco but I really enjoy the taste. I steep in hot water and add stevia or honey. I drink Celestial Seasonings Antioxidant Max Green Tea Blackberry Pomegranate on a regular basis but now I added this tea too.

I love plain Red Bush tea and am a fan of Celestial Seasonings, so I had to try this. I am hooked. It's wonderful any time of day, because it has a smooth and slightly sweet flavor and is naturally caffeine free.

I am not a big tea drinker - I try really hard to like it but the flavors are too pungent or just lack character. When I tasted this Madagascar Vanilla Red Rooibos, however, I fell fast in love. It's got the wonderful richness and depth of a rooibos with the smoothness of the vanilla finishing the flavor. This tea is perfect plain or with some honey/sugar and cream. My local market stopped carrying it and my heart broke and I am SO happy to be able to get it online. Not to mention that the illustration of the lion enjoying tea time on the savannah makes me enjoy my beverage that much more!
